Welcome

 

Caterpillars are transformed into beautiful butterflies through a Chrysalis. So too, on a Chrysalis Flight young Christians (caterpillars) are transformed into Butterflies through the Grace and Love of God.  A FLIGHT takes place over a 3day week-end and consists of talks (by Clergy, adult laity and most importantly by their peers), worship and fun. They will leave with a Faith that has been transformed into something vital and beautiful.

Training

Training for those planning to be involved in Chrysalis by serving on weekend teams, by helping organize Chrysalis events or by assisting with the board restructuring will take place on Sunday, June 10 from 2 to 7pm at the Lake Ronkonkoma UMC. Please contact Theresa Hessel (tahessel@gmail.com) if planning to attend.
